vox
Nobody seems to have guessed where Dunsbyowl's feet are. maybe somewhere in Lincolnshire ? So where is this doorway A prominent position and an ex pub Riverside Court Nursery St Google Streetview My son did the flooring when it was re-furbed some years ago. I worked on some of it with him. dunsbyowl1867
Skeggy. If that was an answer to my "Jolly in the East" it is correct. Around a statue of the Jolly Fisherman in a garden in Skegness is a sort of compass with placenames in the general direction of the cities - Sheffield being sort of west

I thought it was bad until we went to Mablethorpe :(

I wish some of the newer members would start to get involved a bit more.

DaveH
They could be South as well Yes but traditionally southerners don't go to Skeggy / Keggy / Keg / K, it seems to be a holiday town frequented mainly by northern industrial towns who could spend their "wakes" there. And I have to admit, if you lived in the south of England there are more local and much better seaside places to go to :o
DaveH
See this post Steve's Bollards and Mine !! Well the mystery bollards date back to last October so its high time we had this one sorted out. Being as its YOU and STEVE who both seem to know about these bollards I would guess that they are somewhere around your old childhood area Somewhere around Leadmill Road ? St Marys Road / Gate, Shoreham Street perhaps?

DaveH
I think they're at St Mary's church. That sounds like a brilliant guess to me vox. Location looks about right, and its exactly where I would expect Steve and Stuart to have "common ground" Go with that one for an answer.

Not sure, its before 7:30 when I drive down and round the corner onto A***N St or B*****Y St. Some free parking as long as you get there before 7:30 They did take some machinery out of 1 of those buildings last year I think, the road was blocked by a huge crane. I will investigate, unless you get there 1st :)
