Bilston is on the A41 & Tipton a bit further south on the A463 in what is now the West Midlands...........probably Staffordshire in 1851. Any help ?? It was near an hospital, Shrewsbury Hospital when it stood at Parkgate in the area of what is now Park Square roundabout. Sorry I can't be more exact.
