Were they left out of pocket or owning totally useless equipment like those who bought the first generation of digital freeview boxes? I was left with going back to BT . I loved Ionica, it was cheaper and had more features included for free than BT, including a second line and call diversion. Admittedly I was (and still am) left with useless equipment, but I hadn't paid a penny for it! In fact, THEY paid me to have it installed.
