Dore Family

Hi all,

i wonder if anyone has any information on the Dore family? They were resident in south Sheffield and most were registered and baptised around Ecclesall Brierlow in the 1800's. some in the St Georges parish. I think there were two major families of the Dores, mine were from South Sheffield and the other from the north, now if there is some connection i don't know but there are quite a few similar first names from both familes. If anyone wishes to ask for more info please get in touch, i've done quite well so far in tracing back to 1813 James Dore who was married to Mary. Now , where they came from before Sheffield i don't know as that is the next challenge for me.
