It was run by a bloke called Bean & his signiture song was "It's a long way from Grantham" Some years later I read the book "The Sheffield Gang Wars" by J.P.Bean, Published: 1981, ISBN: 0-9507645-0-7, which I found really interesting. A few years after that, BBC North made an adaptation of this book where the author spoke direct to camera, after a few minutes trying to work out where i'd seen this person before, I realised it was Bean from the Prince of Wales Folk Club.
