I use to pass this place almost every day in the past but never

knew what they made even though many of the neighbours worked there.

For years the clock stayed at twelve o'clock.

This is the bottom end of Scotland Street with St Vincents church in the background.

When did they start please ?

Any relation to the bunch at 9 Meadow Street ? Dating back to 1850's ?

When my daughter left school her first job was working in the accounts at William Rolland's in 1988. She used to joke about some of them having been working there since the place was first built . he he

A Then & Now to prove not much has changed, the new flats block out the view of St Vincents

The clock was wrong in the U/l's photo and is still the same, is this a record for a clock being wrong lol

No, - that clock is right twice a day! lol

Of course it is also possible that both pictures were taken at the same time of day and the clock is working perfectly.

I like clocks, - I'm sure skeets had a topic about them somewhere? <_<
