Guest shazan Posted January 9, 2010 Share Posted January 9, 2010 Hi trying to find the marriage of Charles Thorp b 1843 and Mary Naylor b 1849 Found them living together as man and wife in 1871 census with two children at Long henry street , park district, sheffield.Hoping the marriage search will give me info about Charles parents . ukelele lady Posted January 10, 2010 Share Posted January 10, 2010 They've always told me at the register office the code is of no significance to them that's as long as you know it's Sheffield. I've even offered to give it but was refused many times. The main thing they need to know is the month quarter. Either March, June, September or December.
