75 Sheffield Lane Top photo needs 37.284% (approximately) cropping off the bottom, the tarmac does not add to the appeal of the picture.

Meant to be constructive critisism - RB

Thanks Richard, these are the raw photo's as uploaded by various members, most will need some magic applying.

Well done Stuart,

and thanks for putting all the selections together

I am glad that the final decision is not mine - having looked at them and tried to make my own choice I am struggling to get down to anything like 12. I suppose in the interest of balance some of the bus and tram shots will have to be left out.

Thinks......there are probably more than enough shots of trams to do a tram only calendar :o

Worrying times - I looked at the first picture, (the AEC Swift on Harmer Lane) and thought that can't be included because it is too modern. Then realised that the bus was new in 1968 and this photo must have been taken not long after, as it has an A underneath the registration plate, signifying which fleet it was part of before the Joint Omnibus Committee operations ended at the end of the sixties. These buses are forever etched in my mind as modern because they introduced one-man operation onto my local route 51 in 1969 and looked so modern compared to the old double deckers. This is now making me feel old.

End of digression.

This index sheet should make life easier

How about using image 13 not as a month but as a front cover image.

Due to its simple design and wording it would fill this roll well.
