Baldy67 Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Does anyone happen to know when the Higgins family arrived in Ecclesfield or Sheffield or which part of presumable Ireland they came from? I was told that they probably came over in during the potato famine in the mid 1800's BUT have now traced them back further to 1720's STILL in Ecclesfield. Any help appreciated.
