Off the recognised tram route this time

Now we join the route from Woodseats

Both these are from similar locations looking up London Road from the junction with Queens Road nr Lowfields School.

Was this where the tracks did not cross over with a "regular" junction but the wheels had to bump over the Chesterfield Road line? Must have been quite a jolt.

Our journey today is from Intake Terminus Mansfield Rd to Manor Top
