While researching my HOVEY side of the family I discovered that the family also went by the name of HOVERS in Sheffield. George Thomas Hovers married Eliza Mayo in 1872. They had the following children George Henry, Arthur, Sarah Ann, Mary Maria, John Robert, Jane Elizabeth, William H, Hugh, Tom, Edward and Ralph. Some Census, BDM's and Parish Records have the name HOVEY others HOVERS. Their last known address was 19 Dunn St, Sheffield.

My grandfather is the George Henry and I am searching for any connections to the family

My relatives at that time lived on Dixon Street (near the Royal Lancers pub) basically about 100 yards away.
