RichardB Posted March 10, 2007 Share Posted March 10, 2007 OK, near where Infirmary Road and Penistone Road join, theres a pub, called The Ship, it was there November last year, despite the destruction going on around it. If its still there, hold a "get-together" and bribe the landlord to let you photograph the framed photo/picture he has; its all the old pubs in the area; I've tried twice before to get this photo, the thingie need to be out the frame, buy a lot of ber, or if your driving, buy a lot of soft drinks (bigger profit margin); if all else fails offer him a £20 note as deposit, and photocopy it - please, please ... I've heard the stories about the tunnels Also that people were drowned down there in the flood I wouldn't go down those tunnels even if Derek Acorah came with me..
