DaveH Posted November 24, 2008 Share Posted November 24, 2008 Grrrrr, my copy will be wrapped up under the Christmas tree OK, so if you have a rather older book, "The Sheffield Hanged 1750 - 1864" by David Bentley (2002) pages 52to 63 have the details of this riot and the action taken.
