RichardB
Was in Sheffield yesterday, typical this book comes out today !!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anyway, with Christmas coming and the geese etc etc - and as part of our continuing provision of education and enjoyment, here is the first (and hopefully last) of our book reviews. t'Old Locals/Time Gentlemen please/Sheffield Troublemakers t'Old Locals is a smallish, greenish, paperback with a sticker on the front, I had to lift it down from the top shelf (!) in Waterstones and pass it to the wife - that'll be the last I see of that till Christmas Day morning. Time gentlemen please a bigger paperback book in a sort of pastel shade, may, or may not have pictures of Pubs on the back cover. Wife was able to reach this one herself. Sheffield Troublemakers seemed to be a hardback with a black and white picture on it, quite easy to reach - paid for and in the bag before you could say "what's all that about then ?"
