syrup Posted July 12, 2008 Share Posted July 12, 2008 Hi Fellow SHs Could some one help a friend of mine would like us to find out anything about SOUGH HALL that used to be in Thorpe Hesley many many years ago the fronts of the Cottages on Sough Hall Road were built using the stone from the hall according to local knowledge. The question is what was and where was this hall. The village of Thorpe Hesley was divided between Sheffield and Rotherham by a stream prior to the M1 Motorway.
