Lived there around the 1900's. Children were: Walter, dennis, margaret, Connie & Gladys. Any help on this family, or if you know if any Kidgells/crofts, please let me know. HughW Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 The Walter who died in 1998 was this one: GRO Births DEC Qtr 1924 KIDGELL Walter (mother's maiden name: CROFTS) Ecclesall B 9c 676 and these are his parents: GRO Marriages SEP Qtr 1920 KIDGELL Walter (Crofts) CROFTS Jane E (Kidgell) Ecclesall Bierlow.9c 1062 This couple are buried in Walkley Cemetery... Grave J133 KIDGELL Jane Elizabeth 14 Mar 1953 12 Owlings Place 58 KIDGELL Walter 27 Feb 1940 City General Hospital 47 [name/date of burial/address or place where death occurred/age] This last Walter is therefore the right age to be the son of Thomas and Catherine in 1901 'James A.'
