Roy Thompson

Evening all,

Back in the 80s I used to work at Kay Gee Cameras a photographic shop at the bottom of Pinstone street. There was a chap named Roy Thomson/Thompson (not sure of the spelling) that used to come into the shop and I got to know Roy really well. Roy was a goldsmith/Jeweller that had a workshop in the Beehive Works on Milton Street. I remember Roy fondly a true gentleman. Roy used to work at Viners when it was on Hanover Street before he had his workshop. I remember that his workshop had thieves remove the safe through the wall and made off with it. I didn't see Roy after that and wondered if anyone remembered him. I also know that he had two daughters but alas I don't remember their names. Any help would be grateful.
