Perhaps it was at the time of building, but suspect a lot of Artistic Licence.

It’s such a shame that work related knives like these are not now produced here in the city, all production in the Far East plus the knife laws although good don’t take into account of workers who used them specifically for their jobs thus if they are caught with them on their person they are in trouble. It’s people who kill not knives, will cars be banned because they kill more people?

The photo shows a Canning promotion knife I was given some years ago, still as good as the day I received it, just the Canning name has faded on the scales.
