Possibly from somewhere around Andover Street during the early stages of the development of the new Pye Bank School. I'd guess that's what the crane to right of picture is associated with because I'm pretty sure the Bridgehouses residential development wasn't underway during the first phase of green to grey around the Workhouse Lane car park (which appears contemporary to shot, centrefield). The large building spanning most of the width at base of picture must be the student residence at the end of Alma St (Unite Students(?)) and I think the curved roof near left is on Fox Street. Also in view are the recently scoured old factory buildings on Love Street & Water Street, tucked in just in front of the law courts. More lost remnants of an age before student debt production was the prevailing industry.
