RichardB
So sorry to hear of the loss of life in Sheffield, due to the flooding. Hope it doesn't get worse overnight with the "run off".
dunsbyowl1867
One for the archive ! I could make a joke about walking on water but I doubt any of the current squad could. http://www.swfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/...1060720,00.html Hope everyone on here in Sheffield got home safely. My sister and her baby were rescued and taken home by the police from their car in Attercliffe - they refused to take her partner who had to walk to Norwood via Hillsborough via town and wade across Penistone Road with the help of the Army! RichardB
My sister, Zoro on this forum, tried to get me a copy of the Star (with 17 page supplement), tried 12 shops - all sold out, she finally managed to find one on a "Free swoppie" internet sire, so had to drive to Greenhill to get me a copy; will scan and post when it arrives, for those, like me, who are not exactly local Unless someone beats me to it .... which would be great

Hjdary
Hope you didnt get your car wet. Sue Charlie wasn't right keen on getting his tyres wet so he stayed in that afternoon, and looked comfortable in front of the fire, we didn't have the heart to disturb him so we took the stinky work van. If a vehicle was going to be abandoned and flooded out it wasn't going to be Charles! lol
