Do you know anyone who was at Carbrook School in Sheffield in 1958?

If so are they in this photo from that time?

Sixty years on and what a happy bunch of kids they look...and without an electronic gizmo in sight.

John Martin

My older two brothers (Cliff Martin and  Richard  (wee pipe - each time I put his real name in (D*ck) , the site changes it to “wee pipe”) ) Martin) are on this picture, though only Cliff is visible as the picture is cropped a bit.

I saw the full picture first a couple of years ago in Michael Liversidge’s great book on Attercliffe.  It was a surprise to me to see it in the book. I was probably in the infants in 1958 as I attended Carbrook County Juniors until 1964. Good days, good friends, good teachers, good place to grow up and great memories.
