saw119 Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 I think that's very likely but what is frustrating is the apparent lack of a MIC for his 14/15 Star. That would provide us with some needed extra info and another paper trail to follow. Of course if he kept serving in the army up to and past 1921 then by rights his service record will still be held by the MOD. KevinB Posted April 26, 2014 Author Share Posted April 26, 2014 He may have left the regular army, I don't know but he was in the TA long after the war. My mother born 1925 remembers him going on weekend camps with them. Also I have a photo of him and his family taken at Scarborough in 1923 and he is in uniform.
