peterwarr Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 I recently came upon this item about the 1919 Peace Celebrations. I hadn't realised that individuals had to specially apply for a Card. So presumably, they were only issued to a proportion of ex-soldiers etc. -- the ones who applied. (Note that women were also eligible.)
