"The Last Will and Testament of George Edward Dawson of Sheffield.

I believe the Will was made on the 17th December 1844 and executed in 1851 but I am having trouble reading the writing."

How did you know I was going to post this one tonight?

While I was doing the New White Lion I thought it best to do the Old White Liontoo

as not to get the keepers mixed. :)

I'll have a go - a bit at a time over the next few days.

Done it.

Firstly just as it is written.

I've highlighted a few bits that I'm not sure of, so if anyone has any ideas as to what they should be, feel free to chip in ---- .

Because I've read and re-read it so many times over the past few hours, I actually understand most of it.

I'm trying to punctuate it (after a fashion) to make it less confusing.

If I ever succeed I'll post that as well.

This is the last will and testament.doc

I thought it was the writing, its not, it is the way it's written as one long string. Still tough on the eyes.

Thanks for the transcription work Vox.
