Town and Country Planning Act, 1947 The Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that he proposes to make an Order under section 49 of the above Act authorising the stopping up of Granville Lane, Turner Hill, Bungay Street, Bungay Lane, and lengths of Norwich Street and Gilbert Street in the Park Hill redevelopment area of Sheffield in order to enable Sheffield City Council to use the land as an open space in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Act.
