There is a building near by bus stop Neepsend Lane/Percy Street, ID：37022783 luck of information.

The historial map shows it was a residential building and somehow became works , would you please provide more information about that？

Looking at the 1951 aerial images and and the 1950's maps, it now becomes obvious that the building was extended, sometime after the Royal Oak PH was demolished.
