My sister-in-law's office moved in there for a few years, she said it was the most 'Ugly', 'Miserable' 'Dark' 'Depressing' building she had ever had to work in. And if my Mum had to go there for anything she hated it, said it looked more like a prison, than part of the Town Hall.Think a lot of folks were glad when it went.
