Barry Nobels Roxy was the club I went to the most I think. Mid 80s. Cairos, Isabellas, Sheffield did seem to have lots of nightclubs as I remember back then. I left in '88 when I was 19 so my clubbing days there were limited lol

I had a 'Rocker' mate that would only go to the Underground near Cole Bros or the Wapentake (no idea how its spelled).

All changed now through

Mojo Club on Barnsley Road.  Thursday nights were all nighters. Work on a Friday was a bit hard

Samantha's....met my first true love in there, can honestly say it was love at first sight...sadly she passed away at 18, God rest her soul.

Apart from that it was a strange nightclub, very long & narrow, seem to remember the dance floor shook a lot, could be wrong on that.

Romeo's definitely. Could be in here two or three times a week. Loved dancing and the tunes. Met some great people.,

Romeos for me.

Two rooms. One for pulling and the other for couples once they had pulled.

The Saints Club, Bellhouse road, Shiregreen, Sheff 5....started by a "with it" Rev in St. Christopher's Church Hall. It had a few top stars appearing in its heyday ( 1960's)
