Guest clifforda1
hi, I have recently come across a reference to a register office at woodhouse, this was possibly in the 1800s. does anyone know any details as to when it was in operation? it was on tannery street and was an office for the sub district of handsworth. at one time the registrar was william skelton. I would be glad of any information.
