If the slot had been blocked from the inside, then the notice could have been fixed to the wall above the box. As it is, it seems to me, the notice is spoiling the very thing they seek to preserve. Or am I being picky ? So this one's not in use, I wonder why not? The one I posted VR from Stanningtion Road is still very much used, but I agree with what you say vox, this one looks a bit messy.
