An email has been sent to Heritage-Images. Yes it's definately Hull. I went to university there. Paragon Street was between the railway station (called Paragon Station) and a bus terminus / station used by 2 different bus companies, red buses run by East Yorkshire traction and blue buses run by Hull corporation transport (I think, if I remember correctly, - madannie will know). Both of these front onto a main road called Ferensway which runs north out of town, becoming Beverley Road which heads out towards the University campus.
