Bayleaf
The gates stolen from Weston Park 17 years ago have been found at the entrance to a farm redevelopment site in Derbyshire! A member of the public recognised them and reported it. The Council and police are satisfied the owner acquired them in good faith, and is happy to return them. The Council are just glad to get them back! They should be back in place this summer, and the replica replacement ones will be moved to the Winter Street entrance. Bayleaf
These ? another No, those are at the top of the park, the ones stolen were from the bottom end, next to the University building. They were stolen when the uni were having a lot of building work done using the park as access, so another lorry might have gone unnoticed in the comings and goings. These are the ones.
