RichardB
Thank you Steve. I don't twitter or facebook, an email address might have been nice on the site. There are photographs of all the people I mentioned, plus details of the Annual Dinner menus. These are from the scrapbook, which is currently having a sleep at my place of work. I'll try to photograph them or scan them - when I've made a mess of that we'll have to wait until someone with a decent scanner and some skill gets the book. I'm just having a quick flick through first. The club is still in existance, sharrowcyclingclub.co.uk/aboutus

SteveHB
Nice find Steve makes you wonder how much or if the earlier ones were prettier ?. I was thinking more on the lines of a blazer pocket badge, but in this photograph they look to be wearing large lapel badges.

RichardB
The members of the Sharrow Cycling Club had a very enjoyable ladies' day at Eyam early in July. There was a delightful lunch at the village hotel, and after that came visits to the various points of interest, including the plague cottages, the stocks and the Cucklett Chine [?], and then the party assembled in the church ... Edmund
I believe the Cucklett church was the open air location where Rector Mompesson held services during the plague.
