hilldweller
I switched on the telly this morning and scrolled through the BBC digital text pages. Apparently some-ones getting married next year and there are floods in Cornwall again. Then I alighted on a page telling me that Prime Minister Gordon Brown has announced to his cabinet that he is to call a General Election on May 6th. Is this the BBC's version of the letter that gets trapped in the post-box for six months or has it been put there by some leftie card-carrying technician yearning for the old days. I would have thought that pages would have been deleted when past their sell-by date but apparently not. I went to get my camera to snap the page but by the time I'd found it they had removed the offending page. HD

Deja-Vu, the feeling that you have been through something once before Deja-Vu, the feeling that you have been through something once before Deja-Vu, the feeling that you have been through something once before Deja-Vu, the feeling that you have been through something once before Deja-Vu, the feeling that you have been through something once before Deja-Vu, the feeling that you have been through something once before (from a 1970 Monty Pythons Flying Circus sketch)

DaveH
I thought you'd already said that Dave. It must have been "Dave ja vu". No vox, Dave ja vu is TV station which mirrors programmes from DAVE an hour after they have just been shown. It's a sort of DAVE+1 channel. There are that many satellite and cable TV channels that are just "another channel + 1 hour" these days that there is no wonder so many of us suffer from Deja vu!

Not to mention programmes on BBC4 which appear a couple of days later on BB2 and again on BBC1 but with no mention that they're repeats as it doesn't count if they're on different channels. Really confusing when the same series can be running on all three at once!

It isn't really that suprising that so many of us are all suffering from deja vu is it.
DaveH
I thought you'd already said that Dave. It must have been "Dave ja vu". If I had already said "Do people in Iceland buy frozen food and ready meals from a chain of shops called ENGLAND" Have I already said "Do people in Belgium watch a TV soap opera programme called OSTENDERS" lol
