Guest tsavo Posted April 9, 2007 Share Posted April 9, 2007 Looking at the crowds gives a clue to the WW2 period. The majority of men seen are old or young boys. Could probably be a parade of Home Guard, Auxiliary Fire Service & WVS etc. during the war. Clothing looks right for the period as well.
