I remember the police man and I was born in 1960 The new Cole bros opened on 17th Sep 1963 , so the trams went in october 1960, looking at the road surface its been taken after the lines and Over Head have been removed so I would say from Early 1961. As a history web site we really do need a fairly accurate date for almost every old image we have so that we can identify not only WHERE it was taken but also WHEN.
