Haven't come across this site before, apologies if it's already been mentioned.

Select 1930's OS or 1940's OS from the drop down menu in the right hand pane for full screen view. Lots of other views to play with :)

It has been mentioned before, by Bayleaf, but no harm in bringing it to everyone's attention again.

It got me messing around and finding a couple of interesting items. The 1930s map has a different view of the Ewden Valley (not somewhere mentioned often ion the forum), complete with the railway,

Ladybower looks different, as well

I could be spending many hours on this site, comparing maps.

Taken from a map I have that covers the area between;

Scholes, Dodworth,

Ronksley Moor and Wharncliffe.
