madannie77
That looks like a Black Prince bus: they had at least two Scanias in this pseudo Leeds City Transport livery for route 752. Black Prince 29 can be seen in this shot from January 2003. The other one I saw that day had a slightly different livery application and my picture was not very good but can be seen on request!. madannie77
Perhaps the visit of the green bus was really part of another attempt to repaint Sheffield's buses in that wonderful two tone green livery from the 1950s Runs for cover again.
Guest transit
...it was actually a day visitor to trial the "Guided Bus" experimental layout at the Midland Rd garage at Rotherham , as Leeds were also doing similar experiments with the idea ! Guided bus - I thought the driver was supposed to do that bit. (I do know what they are really)
Guest transit
...not exactly experimental livery , but the general public may have thought so , with this Dart demonstrater in shades of blue before repaint !!! http://woollensbusphotos.fotopic.net/p57207397.html

I remember mislabelling it as a Dart when I first posted a shot online some years ago.
