This is the only reference we have of Harry in our family history. Mum tells me Harry was married to Dorothy and they had a daughter named Elizabeth, who was born on 14th November 1948. Why post this in the SUFC forum? Harry is reputed to have played for the team, I guess in the late 40's or early 50's. Dad met Harry when mum and dad moved to 11 Sitwell Place, Sharrow. Mum also tells me Harry lived across the yard, possibly on Mount Pleasant Rd or Ward Place? The wedding took place on Thursday 1st October 1953. Does any of the above ring any bells?
