GrinderBloke
Excellent video thanks for posting. As an aside Newton Chambers built the vehicles used to carry cars on the British Rail "Motorail" network. You may have seen one of these vehicles in the Motorail terminal at Sheffield Midland station.

Guest zep
I knew Eric Dixon, the first bloke interviewed in the video. He was a big hitter for Whitley Hall Cricket club, all fours and sixes. Nice man as well.
Guest Old Canny Street Kid
I knew Eric Dixon, the first bloke interviewed in the video. He was a big hitter for Whitley Hall Cricket club, all fours and sixes. Nice man as well. Eric Dixon was a good quick bowler with Thorncliffe Rec, the NC works cricket team, in the early 1960s. He was Labour Officer at Thorncliffe.
