stevedb10
Does anybody remember Hansons rooftop Cafe in castle market, I remember going in with my Mum in the early sixties, I think it was when Castle Market had only just been opened, I used to like to sit at the tables around the side as you could look down on all the stalls, and there was'nt any glass windows. GrinderBloke
I don't recall a cafe above Castle Market, I know my short term memory is not great but I though my long term memory was OK. Where was it in the market?

Where was it in the market? If I'm correct it was in the main market hall, but at one side, it was at the top of the steps, I think it might have been on the same level as the walkway that went across to woolworths.
