Exchange Street & Canal Wharf George Welch General Manager (White's 1919) Thomas L Scott Accountant & Cashier (White's 1919) C R Peacock General Manager (Kelly's 1925) Thomas L Scott Accountant & cashier (Kelly's 1925) Albert Kirk Secretary (Kelly's 1925) Also [i don't know the relationship between the above and the below] George Young Agent, River Dun Navigation Company (Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire) Canal Wharf, Wharf Street (Kelly's 1893) Chester Taylor Agent for the River Don Navigation Swinton Bridge (Kelly's 1893) The attachment mention's the Company's Circular Letter of February 1904. How much is £400 in todays money please ? William and Mary Jane Spurr ? Does anyone have any further information about the Company and its duration, purpose etc ?
