The following Persons being Prisoners for Debt

in the Goal or Prison kept at Sheffield in and for the

Liberty of Hallamshire in the West Riding of the

County of York, hereby give Notice, that they intends

to take the Benefit of the late Act of Parliament

made in the Sixteenth Year of the Reign of

his present Majesty King George the Second, intitled,

An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors,

at the next General or Quarter Seflions of the

Peace to be held for the said Riding, or at the Adjournment

thereof, which shall happen next after

thirty Days from the Publication hereof, viz. George

Howard, late of Sheffield in the County of York,

Cordwainer. Hannah Skipton, late of Sheffield in

the County of York, Widow. Edward May, late

6f Doncaster in the County of York, Maltster and

Chapman. James Rhenfhaw, late of Sheffield in'

the (bounty of York, Fell-monger and Glover.

Thomas Thorpe, late of Heeley • in the Parish 0/

Sheffield and County of York, Scyth Smith. Thomas

Longley, Jate of Sheffield in the County* of

York,. Cutler.

STray'dout of the Grounds of Mr. Richard Leadbrarer

of Handsworrh near Sheffield in Yorkshire, the 13th

Inllanr, a Sorrel Gelding inclining to Red, with a small" Star,

in his Foreheads and some daplelpots of a chesnut black on'

his hinder parts, 15 hands high,about 7 or 8 years old. Whoever

brirgs the said Gelding to Mr. Leadbeaier aforesaid, or

to Mr. Sarnuel Burrows at the Black Horse upon LudgaieJ
