Sarah Smith widow of Henry - born 1824, Howden, Yorkshire, lived and died Sheffield,died 1885. 1881 census RG 11/4664, Brightside.

George Smith, born 1846 - son of Sarah and Henry, gives different places of birth on census eg 1871 - Liverpool, 1881 Wakefield, married to Selina, Selina died 1883, George died 1884. 1881 census RG 11/4664 Brightside.

Harry/Henry Smith son of Sarah and Henry born 1849, 1881 gives place of birth as Sheffield, married to Elizabeth, Elizabeth died 1892, Harry died 1894. 1891 census RG 12/3841 Attercliffe.

George Smith born 1873 Sheffield, son of Tom, Grandson of Sarah and Henry, married to Laura, 1901 census RG 13/4383, Attercliffe.

Hereas a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded and

issued against William .Warburton, of Sheffield, ist

the County of York, Cutler, and he being declared a Bankrupt

is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners

in the said Commission named, or the major Part

of them, on the 8th and ioth Days of June instant, and oa

the 13th Day of July next, at Two o'clock in the Afternoon

on each Day, at the House of Benjamin Crofts, the ShakespearTavern,

in Sycamore-Street, in Sheffield aforesaid, and

make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects;

when and where the Creditors are to come prepared

to prove their Debts, and at the Second Sitting to chuse

Assignees, and at the Last Sitting the said Bankrupt is

required to finissi his Examination, and the Creditors arc

to assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.

All Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any

of his Effects, are not to pay or. deliver the fame but to

whom the Commissioners stiall appoint, but give Notice to
