I liked the picture which showed a corner of the Albert pub...which was one of those hostelries a young man had to visit !!!!

This photo taken from Pinstone Street, shows a carrier and his lad waiting for custom, the tower in the background is part of the ventilation system of the Albert Hall, the smoking chimneys in the foreground belong to the Yorkshireman Arms, soon to be raised to the ground under a false pretext.
