Guest owl-zat
Whatever Happened to Harold Smith Alot of this was filmed in the old Richarson Knifes buildings that are at the end of Scotland Street near Sheffield's City Centre. Inside one of thier big warehouses were scenes for the film studio, the main character's house and street scene's around his house. I know this because I worked in the building opposite and my window looked onto the main warehouse door where they were filming. As they kept asking if we could wait before starting our cars up for going home because they were in the middle of a scene they let us go and look around the set one day. Lulu used to pop out onto the road in a little mini skirt for a crafty *** and for a 50+ year old lady she looked well

Athy
A crafty ***? Cigarette perhaps? Why do you use asterisks? Lulu was attractive as a teenage star and still looks pretty darned crunchy today, she has kept her looks well.

Sheffield History
One of the fun things about hunting down filming locations for movies shot in Sheffield is that it takes you to unexpected places This one is the University of Sheffield building on Brook Hill opposite the Childrens Hospital and Octagon
