Hi,

On the Parson's Cross housing estate ( East of Halifax Road and North of Deerlands Avenue), there are a Knutton Crescent, Knutton Rise and Knutton Road.

These are the only references to the Knutton Farm that was located in, or near, that area.

Would anyone have a map that would show the farms actual location.

Regards

Thanks for your help folks.

The Knutton's had farmed in the Fulwood Head area in the mid to late 19th century. Family members are buried in Fulwood churchyard. About the beginning of the 20th century, they were hit by misfortune. Just what happened is not all together clear; however, the surviving members moved over and farmed at one or more locations in the Foxhill area. Just where I wasn't sure until now.

Once again, thanks for your help.

Regards
