Dr Feelgoods 3rd Album: Stupidity is released in October 1976, and goes to number one in the album charts. Side one captures the band live at the Kursaal in Southend (November 75), with side 2 coming from Sheffield City Hall (May 75). The cover shot, arguably the most iconic Feelgood photo ever, is also taken from the gig at Southend.

OK Richard 4th March 1958 sounds about right for the date that Buddy appeared at Sheffield City Hall, - good bit of detective work! ;-)

However, the video link is to the day Buddy Holly, Richie Vallens and "The Big Bopper" (J.P.Richardson) were killed in a tragic plane crash, 3 February 1959, which has since become known as "The Day The Music Died"
