"Who was Henry Coward ?"

Recommended Posts

After the resounding success of "Who was Nevill Simmons", here's another to ponder on.

(I actually sent the full Nevill Simmons answer to five people - right when I posted it !!!)

Is it this Henry Coward or a different one.

His Mother ran a Pub at one point .....

in 1849 His family ran the Shakespeare Hotel, Williamson Square, Liverpool

where Henry Coward was born November 26 1849.

In 1857 His Mother Harriet became the Landlady of the Bank Hotel in Bank Street Sheffield.

and he went to school at Hebbelethwaite's Paradise Square for a short time.

She and Henry's step-father may have a lot of other Pubs under their name, albeit briefly .... you'll have to read on Syrup.

Could you put up a link to the book, please. I found it an easy read unlike some documents ...

Do you find the source site very slow Syrup ?
