Inspired by idea by Gramps !

Below is a list of books, pamphlets, reports, CD- ROMS, VIdeos/DVD etc that members of Sheffield History have found interesting or useful in studying the history of this great city. We will maintain a master list at the top of the thread and if anyone can assist by adding any publication, with a scan and possibly a contents page or synopsis we can build a useful resource for others to consult. We can add members names who have copies if anyone requires a look up of any information or point them in the right direction ie Local Studies Library.

I also have the official Sheffield City Council Roll of Honour for the Graet War. 5,000 names, will do look-ups too. ( You only get name number and regiment ). It has not been added to the main Great War A-Z in the Sheffield at War section because it is rather hit and miss where Sheffield men are concerned. That's not to drag it down, it's just the best they did in the day.
